Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped using our official courier partners. Customers may choose between Ship (For Delivery) or Pick-Up during checkout.
For Pick-Up, customers will receive an email confirmation once the order is ready, including pick-up instructions and location details.
Shipping fees, including any applicable insurance fee, are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the actual or dimensional weight of the parcel (whichever is higher). The final shipping fee will be displayed before completing the payment process.
After payment is successfully confirmed, orders will be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours or the next business day (excluding Sundays and holidays). Delivery timelines may vary depending on the selected shipping method and the delivery location. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the company no longer has control over the delivery process.
Estimated delivery times are: 1–3 business days within Metro Manila and 3–7 business days for provincial areas.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries. The company is not liable for issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Order Processing and Booking Schedule
After payment is successfully confirmed, orders will be processed and prepared for shipment or pick-up.
For Express Delivery, delivery operations start at 9:00 AM, and the daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM will be processed and booked for delivery on the same day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery booking. Express delivery is subject to rider availability and serviceable delivery locations.
For Standard Delivery, orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours or the next business day after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Estimated delivery times for standard delivery:
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days
For Pick-Up orders, the cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM is for same-day pick-up. Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day pick-up.
Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
