RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Customers may request a return and refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is complete with original packaging, accessories, and manuals
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Returns and refunds will only be accepted for the following reasons:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged item upon delivery
- Missing items in the package
Items not eligible for return or refund include:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items with incomplete packaging or missing accessories
- Items reported beyond the allowed return period
- Personal hygiene products that have already been used
Customers must notify us within 24 hours upon receiving a defective or incorrect item and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, customers may receive a refund to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
Shipping fees for returns may apply unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by the company.
30-Day Outright Replacement
Products that are proven to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues may qualify for an outright replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for replacement, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue
- Complete product with original accessories
All replacement requests are subject to product evaluation and approval. Replacement will be processed subject to stock availability.
